Order fulfillment: Orders will be packed and shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be fulfilled the next business day. 

Shipping: After fulfillment you will get an email making you aware of your tracking number and shipping status. Please note that USPS tracking status may be stuck in "pre-shipment". Unfortunately there is not much we can do about this here at SS. If your status is showing "pre-shipment" it does not mean your package has not shipped or is lost, it might not have been scanned yet. It is in transit and moving within the USPS network. The status tends to update as the package gets closer to its destination. We are not responsible for shipping updates and package delivery time due to CODVID19 affect on USPS increased business.

Returns & Refunds: ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Due to covid19 and the nature of the products sold here at SS we can not accept returns or refunds. If your product is damaged or defective please file a claim with USPS first then email within 5 days of receipt with your order number and a picture of your product. We will accommodate as best we can. NO PICTURE NO ACCOMMODATION. 

Color differences: Ever get a dip that "doesn't look like the picture"? Here at SS we try the best we can to make our photos look as realistic as possible. Our website and Facebook group show real life customer pictures of Manis for reference. Please keep in mind, tones may be different due to lighting, computer/phone screen setting, eye sight, and dip liquids used. Gel may alter the color of SS products along with activator from regular dip liquids as some dips contain mica powder. Any products not purchased through this site will not be covered by by SS.
